The LORD is so good y’all.

Psalm 34:8 is just one of many of my favorite bible verses. This verse has been popping up all week in various places, and I feel I needed to just slow down for a moment to “taste and see”.

The past week and a half have been doozies! Not worrisome because I knew that the Lord would see us thru, but annoying and in the grand scheme of things just not that big of a deal. A big deal to my wallet? yes! lol. but God worked that out too (praise hands and do a little Pentecostal dance here).

He is not good just because He rescues me financially when unexpected expensive vehicle problems arise. He is good because I fall short of Gods expectations and holiness, but His mercies are new each morning. He is good because He made a way, a heart wrenching way for me to one day be in His presence. He is good because He works things together for my good. He is good because of His steadfast love, His provision in my life and all those blessings that are so undeserved and too numerous to count in my life.

So may I remind myself daily of Gods goodness even in messes and may I “bless the LORD at all times and His praise be continually in my mouth.” (Ps. 34:1)

So, magnify the LORD with me and let us exalt His name together. (Ps. 34:3)
